West Indies Academy Conclude Tour Of Ireland

The Academy began day four of the contest 93 runs short of making the hosts chase a target. 

The visiting side were bowled out for 268 in 73.3 overs, with the Irish just requiring 28 runs to complete a 2-0 series sweep. 

West Indies Academy gained valuable 4-day experience with a number of players having stand out performances for the Maroon. These included Kadeem Alleyne and Ackeem Auguste topping the scoring charts with 182 runs (Alleyne) and 180 runs (Auguste) with high scores of 93 and averages of 45 across the series. 

All-Rounder Johann Layne stood out with the ball taking 10 wickets, with best bowling figures of 5-39.
