LEON Johnson will lead the Guyana Jaguars charge as they seek to defend their PCL /Digicel Sportsmax Regional four-day title in first round action.
The team which has Vishaul Singh as vice-captain will play its first round match at the Providence Stadium on Friday against the Jamaica Scorpions, who were due to arrive in Guyana last night.
Also named in the squad is former West Indies captain and batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul, his son Tagenarine and former West Indies Under-19 captain Shimron Hetmyer.
Rajendra Chandrika, Raymon Reifer, Anthony Bramble, Veerasammy Permaul, Devendra Bishoo, Gudakesh Motie,,Keon Joseph and Christopher Barnwell have all been named in squad.
The head coach of the unit is Esuan Crandon with Rayon Griffith playing the role of Assistant Coach/Manager and Beverley Nelson as the Physiotherapist.
