Background
In line with FICA’s strategic objectives, we want to ensure that all FICA positions are based on well researched information founded on players views. With this in mind, FICA are intending to survey the players at least once a year. FICA views will also be informed by direct player feedback.
The ICC will be discussing context and structure in international cricket, and in particular in bilateral cricket in October this year. This follows FICA’s position for many years that international cricket must have context and must have a clear narrative to make it an attractive product to players, fans and commercial partners alike.
The ICC have invited feedback on this point, and it is crucial FICA gets a good response rate to this survey to inform positions put to the ICC.
What FICA needs from you and your players
The survey is very brief, and only takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
