Windies Under-17 Championship Bowls off Tuesday

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad: A confident T&T U-17 cricket team will open their challenge for a third successive West Indies U-17 title Tuesday, when they come up against Barbados from 9.30am at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba, South Trinidad.

The team which is led by Antonio Gomez has expressed confidence that T&T can retain the title for a third successive time, having won it in 2016 and 2017.

In other matches Guyana will battle the Windward Islands at the National Cricket Centre (NCC) in Balmain and the Leewards will play Jamaica at Gilbert Park.

All matches get underway at 9.30am.
