KINGSTON, Jamaica – The West Indies Players’ Association’s (WIPA) executive and staff extends their heartfelt sympathies to the family, friends and colleagues of Dr Rickert Allen who recently passed away.
Dr Allen was chairman of WIPA’s Human Resources (HR) Committee for five (5) years and was Senior General Manager, Group Human Resources and Facilities Division of the National Commercial Bank (NCB) in Jamaica, as well as Chairman of the Jamaica Institute of Financial Services (JIFS). Allen was also a holder of a M.Sc. (Distinction) in Human Resource Development from the University of the West Indies (UWI).

His duties were always executed professionally and carried the friendly and personable touch that made him a favourable character among our group.
