Pride blow away Hurricanes

Barbados Pride defeated Leeward Islands Hurricanes by an innings and 190 runs on the third day of their fifth round match in the WICB Professional Cricket League at the Kensington Oval, yesterday.

Barbados limited the Leewards to 136 in reply to their 406 for six declared with Carlos Brathwaite and Jomel Warrican taking four wickets each.

They were even more destructive in the second innings as Barbados huddled out the Leewards for 80 on the efforts of Warrican (3/17) and Miguel Cummins (3-24).
