CWI To Issue Full Refunds For Third ODI In Grenada

ST. GEORGE’S, Grenada – Cricket West Indies is advising all affected spectators who purchased tickets for the third Colonial Medical Insurance One-day International which was abandoned due to adverse weather on Monday here, that they can claim a full refund of the face value of tickets purchased, since no play was possible.

Refunds will only be made for tickets purchased from CWI ticket offices at stadia, purchased online through CWI’s authorized ticket provider, Zoonga (via the www.zoonga.com/EnglandTour website), or through Official WINDIES Tour Operators.

For tickets purchased from a CWI stadium ticket office:

 Either the retained portions of the ticket stub(s) or whole original ticket(s), if customers had not entered the stadium, must be presented and surrendered today or tomorrow. Customers will need to complete a short claim form at the ticket office and present a form of identification to receive a full refund.

Customers will also have the option of swapping the ticket(s) for the remaining matches in the Series between WINDIES and England in Grenada, St. Lucia or St. Kitts.

Customers who are unable to get to the ticket office in Grenada should contact our ticketing customer service team via email at customerservice@zoonga.com or by telephone on +91-22-3348-9000 or +1-917-310-3903 or +1-646-585-9657 for further instructions.

Customers will then receive a refund claim form which will need to be filled in and accompanied by a scan/image of their ticket(s) and an image of relevant ID to prove they are the customer who purchased the ticket(s). Any bank or currency charges from bank wire refunds will be borne by the customer.

For tickets purchased online through the www.windiescricket.com website and/or CWI’s Official ticket partner www.zoonga.com:

Customers will automatically be refunded the full value of their ticket(s) to the respective credit or debit card used when purchasing the ticket(s) for the match.

For customers who purchased tickets through an Official WINDIES Tour Operator:

Your Official Windies Tour Operator will contact you and refund the full value of the ticket(s). Refunds will not be issued via www.zoonga.com or through the CWI stadium ticket office.
